What are the crayons made out of? The crayons are made from real non toxic crayon wax. The crayon wax has to conform to astmd-4236 standards. Occassionally bees wax will be added to strengthen the smaller crayons. PLEASE BE SURE TO SUPERVISE YOUNG CHILDREN AS WOULD WITH ANY OTHER TOY OR PRODUCTS USED BY A CHILD! How are the crayons packaged? The boxed sets are in a clear view box that can be used as storage for your crayons. There is recyled shred in the box to protect the crayons. The outside is tied with a cute polka dot ribbon and bow. The box will then be wrapped in cow print tissue paper and be all ready to give as a gift, at no extra cost. All other crayons are packaged in reuseable zipper bags and are sealed with our cute Rainbow Cow Crayon label. Will the crayons look exactly as shown in the pictures? All crayons are handmade, so some slight differances may exsist. If you would like specific colors or special crayons please contact us and we will do all we can to make your crayons exactly as you wish. Do you accept custom orders? Yes, we will make any set special to your wishes. Names, colors, and crayons can all be added or mixed from different sets to customize your own special set. Do you ship international orders? Please contact us directly to find out shipping for outside of the United States orders. How do I return my crayons? Refunds will be issued if product is returned within 10 days of inital delivery less shipping charges. Products must be unused an in good condition. How can I get my crayons sooner than parcel post mail? You can rush your orders by contacting us and we will work with you to choose which shipping method will suit your needs. How is shipping calculated and what method is used? The shipping is calculated by weight and parcel post is the method of mailing unless we set up other individual arrangements for special orders. Once I place my order how soon can I expect my crayons to arrive? Standard crayons will be shipped within 2-3 days of when order is placed. Special or custom orders may in some cases add an extra day.
