Rainbow Cow Crayons was first thought of when my son was having trouble with fine motor skills. After an occupational therapist suggested breaking his crayons or buying plain old chunky crayons to make him manipulate different hand grips we came up with the idea of making our own special crayons. One thing led to another and with suggestions from my son who came up with the super fun idea of layering the different colors to make rainbows and are love of our favorite animal the cow. (You have got to remember we are from Vermont) Rainbow Cow Crayons was created. We started selling at our local Farmer's Markets and the rest is crayon history.
